In the context of knowing, preparing and eating healthy food, class 2 went to a farm near the town of Rieti. There were a lot of animals and the farmer explained us many things about them, their habits and their feeding.
The lady was very kind and patient and prepaired a good cake for our snack. Than she showed us how it's possible to make cheese with the milk she had milked before.
It has been a very interesting experience and we really had a good time!
